A lot of my readers and Clients are Men who got divorced during Mid Life or later.

Starting OVER is hard as hell!

For a lot of Men who got married in their 20's and stayed married for 20 years only to be SURPRISED with divorce papers in their 40's or 50's the NEW WORLD is a strange place to navigate.

Some Men called their first wife on a rotary phone wired into the wall at his house. Now he's on a smartphone thumbing through pics having to "open" a bunch of strange hostile women he knows nothing about.

So you've gone through a divorce what now?

1) Get in Shape

This is the #1 non-negotiable for an adult Man seeking to recover from a kick in the head.

Nearly immediately you'll start to FEEL better, look better, and start losing. some of that stress induced weight gain.

For a lot of Men taking care of themselves got put on the back burner for decades so he could provide for everyone else. Now you have TIME to invest in yourself and you SHOULD.

You're going to need to be in shape to attract women as well. You'll eventually be naked in front of at least one new women and most likely a few new women over time. This is a confidence booster that can't be faked.

Women are also on the lookout for Men with health problems and nothing says diabetes and heasrt attack than a big belly hanging over your pants. Get rid of it.

2) Go 10 Years Younger

Initially you're going to look at "age appropriate" women to date if you don't know any better.

If you got married at 24 your wife was probably 21 and all of your married friends were in that age range too as you grew older.

Now that you're back on the market women your age quietly now hate you and will make your life harder. YOU remind them of every Man who has "wronged them" at some point old boyfriends, ex husbands, bad bosses the list goes on and on. AVOID.

Start your search at 10 years younger.

She'll have more energy, a more positive outlook, and appreciate you MORE than women your age.

3) KNOW Your Goals

Do you want to get remarried as soon as possible?

Do you want to bang everything not nailed down forever?

Do you want one or a rotation of girlfriends?

Sit down and really THINK about what you want right now. And remember you CAN change your mind.

You can casually date for a year or two then decide to just date one.

You can do something just for a season and change your goals. But make a GOAL and you'll be far more satisfied than just settling with what shows up.
